At the heart of the residence lies its most striking feature , a bridge-like volume that not only connects the two principal axes of the house but also transforms into an inviting living space. Suspended gently above the ground, this element offers sweeping views of the surroundings while functioning as a vibrant social zone, blurring the boundaries between circulation and habitation.
Traditional sloping roofs, earthy textures, and shaded verandahs pay homage to Kerala’s vernacular language, while clean lines, expansive openings, and minimalist detailing reflect a modernist clarity. The result is a residence that balances heritage and modernity, lightness and rootedness, movement and pause , all while celebrating the natural contours of its site.
